Bluescreen [Ntoskrnl.exe) [tcpip.sys]

I've got some problems with bsod on my computer right now. Caused by ntoskrnl.exe & tcpip.sys http://i.imgur.com/TzrULGL.png Any solution for this?

When i start a game, the windows move to the 2nd Monitor

Heya! I got an little annoying problem, when i start an game all the open windows (Chrome, text files, folders etc..) moves to my other screen half-way. Any solution?
