ah i added another image on that imgur post I do apologize I dont have a good camera

even in desktop yes and I apologize for the low res image. To describe it more its that white strip and itflickers when i play though its somewhat like an overlay that doesnt fully hinder the screen just as ive said similar to increasing your backlight brightness
