    UPDATE: Solved it! What neither the manual nor the video I was following make clear is you need to push the cover pegs hard at first so that the bolts slip into a semi circle in the plastic cap housing, then pull it back it fits. Terrible manual but finally figured it! Thanks for the help!

    Hi all I'm trying to fit a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Rgb Black edition to my Asus Z170-p mobo (an LGA1151 slot) . The back plate comes with three settings and the middle one is supposed to be for 115x mobos (see below). For some reason the back plate will only fit to my mobo using the 2066...
