I checked CPU earlier and afterwards and it didnt effect anything. Also I have tried the PSU eith other system it worked well. I meant to remove and plug BIOS thingy, but i couldnt actually remove. Do cpu fan run independently from main board?

Hello I guess I fixed heat issue, kind of.. But I realize this occured during open-world games, but not other ones. Does that mean problem can be disk? As far as I know in this kind of game, disk is used too much.
