I'm trying to figure out why my graphics has gotten so slow. I tried "UserBenchmark" to see how my system performs. It says my graphics performance is 9.4% which is very low. It says an RTX 2060S is given 100%. I've checked everything that I think is obvious...power settings, drivers, etc...
