I have an AOC 2216Vw LCD monitor that keeps switching off and on again every 5 to 10 seconds. The screen goes black and the power light goes off, then both screen and power light come back on. Then off again, on, off etc. I've taken it apart and couldn't see anything obvious, none of the caps...
