My MSI gaming laptop has been experiencing random shut downs lately during gaming. Last night, I go to power it on and after a weird crunching sound, the display no longer shows up. The fan spin very fast and the computer itself powers on, but there is no display. is my graphics card shot?

Just changed the thermal paste on my CPU and im getting a nice 70 C will running the witcher 2. However, my system is still shutting down after prolonged gaming sessions (though 30 min is not long at all). Anyhow, my GPU is getting to 82 C will running the game... Could this be why my computer...

Hey guys, for the last couple days I've been experiencing random FPS drops/stuttering in all of my games. Anything from league of legends, total war Rome 2, to assassin's creed 3. I did serveral things to try and fix it, including opening up my computer and cleaning dust out of the fans...
