I appreciate everyone who responded to this and the insight you guy's gave. I'm going to attempt to upgrade just my CPU for now with my limited budget and hope that solves the problem. Ill update in a week or so probably.

Also I forgot to mention I don't think my GPU fans run most of the time . I dont think they have worked usually sometimes i hear them kick in so it may have been a bad GPU the whole time I have had the computer possibly.
