So i can just add to the problems that when my nvidia drivers are updated my 2nd screen turns purple ONLY when i duplicate - if i, with the driver installed, use extend or only 2nd monitor i have no problems. With windows default driver i can duplicate as well without any problems.

Most parts are compatible if they fit your motherboard and are not server hardware. Check the parts with your motherboard, if they're all compatible there you should be fine.

Hi guys. I had a problem with my computer freezing for a few years now. When it freezes i get an insane loud sound from my speakers and all i can do is a hard reboot. I have switched out every part but my powersupply. Can that really be my problem?
