    According to Nvidia you only need a good 850w for the 4090. ATX 3.0 is not required because the cards come with adapters. Nvidia made a FAQ recently: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/geforce-graphics-cards/5/501736/geforce-rtx-40-series-power-specifications/
