You can use any graphics card as long as your mother board has a pcie x16 slot and your power supply can handle it. The GT 1030 is a good graphics card for your system.

Would probably be better if you got the Ryzen 5 1600. The 7700k is still kinda expensive and remains a quad core. The i5 8400 is good but cheaper motherboards are yet to be released.

I doubt you need to upgrade the cpu if it's an i5 which fits on a z77 motherboard. Get a GTX 1060 6GB and the SSD. You would probably have enough for a 500GB SSD after buying the 1060 or maybe bump the RAM up to 16 gigs.

Get the Ryzen 3 1200 with GTX 1060 6gb. Make sure to get a B350 motherboard for easy overclocking. The Ryzen 3 1200 is a Quad core whereas the G4560 is a Dual core.I cannot justify getting the G4560 especially since it has higher prices these days. Not sure about the pricing in India.
