figured it out. its not like previous bios where it has the dvd drive listed, then other drives. you have to go into bios, boot, then eufi boot. set windows boot manager as your first item. message disappeared and now it loads without checking the other locations. i hope this helps someone...

transferred everything from hd to sdd. at w8 login it still searches other media for the os. checks a couple says fail. then it must get to the ssd then it loads. i want to eliminate this wait for the search. i have looked in bios but there is not clear setting on how to change order to...

thanks i ended up figuring it out. hopefully it helps someone else out. I ended up resetting the router to factory settings, after that the computer were able to magically log in.

i also have a belkin n 450 router i am using. motorola docsis 3.0 modem.

bought a new laptop dell. has intel 3160 dual band wifi card. have its own wifi ssid only broadcasting so no other devices get on it. is not able to connect to it says error. but if i broadcast a/n it will connect to A. other devices are getting 40+MB wifi download and the hard wired ones...
