You should be fine with that graphics card, the GTX 750ti doesn't consume that much power so your PSU should be up to the task. Although I don't recommend you overclock the GPU when installed since you could have power delivery issues.

It's likely a graphics card issue, that type of behaviour is associated with dying or faulty GPU's. However, if you want to find an answer. I'd recommend you find another monitor and plug that in and see if you experience these issues on that monitor, if you do, it's a graphics card issue.

Sorry for late reply. Are you running the games at max settings, lower them because your PC should be able to run it.

Is your GPU overclocked, if so. Disable the overclock and it should fix it.

It will run it, but it won't run the game max settings. But you should be able to play the game at medium settings and have a good experience (60fps), Shadow Of Mordor is a f*cking fantastic game so pick it up and play it :D
