My answer... YES. Been playing around with it for a few hours and anything up to 4.5GHz was a breeze. After that it got a bit more hungry. I got it pritty easy stable at 4.7GHz with 1,340 Vcore. But the amazing thing is how cool it is. Im using a H105 and with Prime 95 running its around 65c...
