My monitor is a prism X270 240hz.The thing is when I use the other Monitor which is 144hz it also has the same problem but I would say its less frequent.I was wondering if it would be my wall socket is not providing enough power or inconsistent power causing this issue

yes i have checked my gpu temp its around 60-70 cpu temps are high though it can go up to 90degrees
