Yes. Since you are building from the scratch, skylake is the best option. Few years from now, you may not find replacement compatible with 1150 - you would end up building entire new rig = very costly.

I am trying to build a new desktop. I don't know if it is a good idea to put an anti-static bag under the motherboard when I install it to the case. I just think maybe it will reduce static electricity. My case has standoff but I just think maybe it is possible. What do you think guys?
