First, check if a CMOS reset doesn't help. Sometimes the motherboard just remembers the wrong card is installed. I doubt it's a fake card if it looks like the equivalent google search of a sapphire nitro+ rx 580 8gb , since fake cards usually use different coolers that fit the PCBs they go on...

Since the original beeps said the RAM was at fault, if you haven't already, I'd recommend checking each stick individually in the system, in each slot, to see if there's a dead stick or slot. If you only have one stick, see if you can borrow or buy a compatible stick that works for testing...
