    Nah, its definetely not the problem of the GPU. You should definetely check the connections on motherboard and gpu :) Try to push the cables harder into the plugs. If that doesn't work, something's wrong with one of your components.. I assume its a PSU. Be careful, the low quality PSU can die...

    It should be because of the crappy new driver Nvidia has released, I had the same issue with latest drivers. I'd recommend you to install 382.53 version: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/119914/en-us I hope it helps!

    Did you also try RAM sticks on the another mobo? The rams can easilly be the issue aswell.. If you got a chance to test them somewhere, then do it definetely.. When the rams are broken or you haven't put them in and you turn the PC on, then fans, leds and stuff like that will power up, even...
