It has enough power, but i'm not too sure about the general quality of the PSU. If you can afford it, get something like a Seasonic S12II 620W for $50. Worth every penny and you can use it safely for over 5 years forward.

Compatible? Yes. Reliable? Not Really. I'd greatly recommend the Seasonic S12II 620W, or 520W instead. Much better quality. The CX's tend to be a bit wonky. If Seasonic is unavailable, check out EVGA's G2 or B2 series, as well as XFX PRO-series and Antec.
