So when i am opening the ports on my router, i will have to use the 10.0.0.31 address, and when my friends are connecting they are supposed to connect to the address that i can see on www.whatismyip.com ?

I am trying to set up a server in a game, but to do so I need my IPv4 address for forwarding the ports. In CMD ipconfig /all , it says my IPv4 adress is 10.0.0.31, but I believe this is the IP address for my pc on my private network? Anyway, this is not the IP Address my friends can connect to...

After the game closes I can use the pc just fine, until i start up a game again, thats when the crash happens.
