Try turning down the sharpness on the TV. When a VGA cable is connected you don't normally have an option to adjust sharpness, but you do with HDMI. The terrible image quality in HDMI on TVs is due to OVERsharpness. Turning this down to 0-15 (assuming it is /100) should allow stability in...
