Sorry if i'm in the wrong category on this page, but anyways i just got GTA V about 2 days ago and i didn't get a lot of lag but just a few lag spikes (average of 25-30 fps with i5 6400 2.7ghz with HD 530 Graphics) and i started experiencing lag spikes as i started getting more into the missions...

Im currently making a part list for a new build that im making and was wondering if a Rosewill RCX-Z775-LP cpu cooler is good enough to keep an i5-6400T at good temps or should i also apply thermal paste?
