Get the i5 6500 much better performce for a little bit more money! That CX 750w psu is way overkill, you only need a 500w psu. Also you don't need 16gb of ram so get 8gb and improve your motherboard to a z170 chipset!

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/hMkq6h. You would benefit from a 6 core processor. Also, you don't need a 256gb m2 SSD to install programs as they are not very big files so I listed an 128gb version. The build has 32gb ram rather than 16gb as it is a very important thing with editing, work etc.

A Pentium will definitely bottleneck a 1070. I have a i5 4460 and it is a great processor! The i5 4460 doesn't bottleneck a Titan X, so you should be fine!
