I already solved the problem, apparently when it tryed to boot windows it created another partition and I couldn't get the SSD to format as the MacOS format. By connecting it to my Windows PC, I deleted it manually. Thanks anyways.

The mp4 file that results from the recording its all laggy and the colors are missing even tho OBS settings are intended to be high quality.
