well, i actually got around on replacing the PSU, nothing weird happened until just now where my PC froze again. i don't know what else to do.

It was either this or not having a PC at all, so I had to make a choice. Thanks for telling me all this, I couldn't have figured it out by myself. I'll do what I can to replace it and hopefully it also solves the freezing problem. Thank you so much.

You should set it to 720 to see if the frames still drop. 2500 is a good bitrate for 720p at 60 fps. Streamlabs OBS lets you know when the frames drop or when the stream is performing badly, so you should check if it's an encoder problem or something like the CPU usage.
