BTW guys I am playing at 768p only where as in videos they show that they get 90fps at 1080p in league. I just don't get this much performance difference

Hello friend my pc specs are i5 6400,8GB HyperX DDr4, Saphire RX 460 Nitro 4GB OC, 1366x768 resolution monitor. Which games can I play maxed out with these specs ? Also which games I should try for stunning graphics ( I just upgraded my pc after 5 years so wanna see what latest games look like)

Hey guys I bought a new pc recently which has a Saphire RX 460 4GB but alas I can't use it =( My old monitor has only vga port so I can't connect it as it only has HDMI and A DVI-D port.Some of my friends said DVI-D to VGA converters doesn't work. Is that true ? what do I do now ?
