I have a desktop hooked up with a wireless receiver upstairs and a laptop that is connected with an ethernet cable in our modem. Problem is that the ping in the desktop spikes up to 1000ms from time to time. Is there a way to fix this? My router+modem is a BaudTec Model:RN243R4-2T2R-A6
