Thank you for your reply. I reset the tablet from Recovery where I chose to have everything removed and have Windows reinstalled. Unfortunately, Windows did not install I have an adapter to use a mouse so I will give your suggestion a try, but I don't have my original Windows product key.

I had to reset my od Toshiba Encore 8 inch tablet (2014) and, after the reset, my Windows 8 operating system has disappeared and I can no longer use my tablet. I cannot access the internet on the tablet. Any suggestions to reinstall any Windows version ? I do have Recovery Key 18A87F90, but I...
