Still not posting. I forgot to mention I have a pcie wifi card. If it may cause issues I can try to find the model? I'll quickly try unplugging all the harddrives apart from my boot drive.
I just upgraded CPU and my computer isn't even booting to bios, it's just frozen at the pre-bios screen (It has a proper name, I just forgot it). I've already cleared the CMOS, resat the cooling, and I'm out of ideas. I also noticed it boot looping a couple times?

Aorus B450M Motherboard...
It has to be idling for a while for it to lockup. I can only do a few things, not even the right click menu shows up. I can open task manager, and sign out. The GPU logo also goes completely off. After signing out, the logo comes back. Nothing is reporting 100% GPU usage on the first tab of task...
