I guess I'm a little concerned that I damaged something with the PSU cable not being all the way plugged in, and that they may not cover that.

When I reached out to their customer service, the first thing they told me to do was reseat the RAM so I think we are covered there. I have a transcript of this conversation as well.

A quick google search of PCIe Riser, tells me that yes, that's what it's called, lol. My graphics wont fit on the motherboard due to size without it. I'm not at home right now, but I will certainly take a picture when I get home in a few hours.
