Problem with PCI-E devices, no video output. Bent motherboard pins?

It may also be useful to note that when I plugged in my mouse and keyboard with ram, they were automatically on the lighting profiles that I gave them last time I was able to boot, which was before I changed my Mobo PSU CPU and ram. Then when I removed the RAM obviously the keyboard was on...

Problem with PCI-E devices, no video output. Bent motherboard pins?

With just CPU, CPU cooler and ram, error is d7 which means keyboard and mouse could not be detected. So I plugged back in my mouse and keyboard and the error was 99 again. Then with just CPU and cooler, no ram but keyboard and mouse plugged in, the error is 53 which means ram could not...

Problem with PCI-E devices, no video output. Bent motherboard pins?

Mobo - Asrock fatality z170 gaming k6 PSU - corsair rm1000i CPU - Intel i5 6600k RAM, - 4x4gb corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 GPU - msi radeon r9 290x Thought I'd put full system specs just in case and should also add that I have tried all pcie lanes. The error code I get from the "dr debug"...

Problem with PCI-E devices, no video output. Bent motherboard pins?

I can't see the pictures as the title says. Basically my Mobo keeps giving the error code for problems with pcie devices. So I can't get any output from the gpu and igpu dosnt work. If there are any bent pins, it's the Mobo, if there aren't it's probably the CPU. Tried multiple video...

Oh ok that's a relief was trying to think of someone who would have an X99 board :D as for the picture of the CPU socket I have 2: https://goo.gl/photos/6rpEXuTfLgzSZSHY7 https://goo.gl/photos/fA6PwmwJXgz1bz5ZA

No I don't have anyone with an X99 board and don't have one myself. As for the bent pins on the Mobo, as far as I can see it dosnt look like there are any. Is there anything else I can try before I try to rma the CPU and board? Because it was he'll getting them delivered, CPU was resent 3...

Also I have looked at the socket and from what I can see there are no bent pins, but I have slight sight problems so may be missing it. But the code sounds like it is a problem with specifically the memory, could it mean the processor is having an issue as well rather then the RAM?

I'm not sure about memory controllers for definite, but from reading a page I found this paragraph to do with quad and dual channel ipwration: It's also important to note that, while Haswell-E and X99 supported quad-channel operation, Skylake and Sunrise Point will only do dual-channel...
