No I don't have anyone with an X99 board and don't have one myself. As for the bent pins on the Mobo, as far as I can see it dosnt look like there are any. Is there anything else I can try before I try to rma the CPU and board? Because it was he'll getting them delivered, CPU was resent 3...

Also I have looked at the socket and from what I can see there are no bent pins, but I have slight sight problems so may be missing it. But the code sounds like it is a problem with specifically the memory, could it mean the processor is having an issue as well rather then the RAM?
