The mobo is new out of the box. I have tried multiple cpus ,psus and ram. the most i can get out of it is a 3 beep error when it has no ram installed. Other than that I can't get anything out of it, no display, no beeps, nothing. It just sits there and spins the fans. I have to hold down the...
