I'm trying to get my CPU to 4.7GHz overclock and all my other programs say it is 4.7 except Task Manager which shows it clocked at 4.66Ghz. I tried increasing BCLK to 103 instead of 100 and task manager read it at 4.66GHz still, while other read it at like 4.82Ghz... I don't know what the issue...
