sorry to bring back an old thread....but was this issue ever solved? im having the same exact problem.

my psu is an evga supernova 650....that was my first thought that maybe my psu wasnt big enough or maybe is just broke.

Ok, just built this pc. and i dowloaded a couple games. The divsion, counter strike, and diablo 3...the pc will crash 5-10 min into playing the division and counter strike. i can play diablo 3 all day long. When it crashes i have to do a hard restart. i monitor the temps and everything through...
