So searching my computer I found that I have two unsecapp.exe applications, both the same size and date created. One is in the regular folder of Windows/System32/wbem while the other is in C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-wmi core_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_177a088436382a34...

So today this new process showed up out of nowhere. Literally this is the first time in over a year since I've built this PC that this process showed up. What exactly is it? Is this process safe, why did it pop up now? I am using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit btw.
