yeah I just reinstall windows os using 1333 RAM speeds and everything seems stable havent crashed once my hdd seems to not be using 100% usage no BSOD will be sending the sticks back for replacement thank you all

changed voltage from 1.5 to 1.55 at 1600 and within 12minutes memtest outputted an error http://i68.tinypic.com/2pqtirs.jpg

Will do after 1 more sucessfull pass in memtest I will try tradesman suggestion of upping the voltage by .05 and see what happens

I seemed to have figured out the problem everything works fine it was the gpu causing every problem i used an old gpu and seemed to have fixed almost all of the problem im updating every driver and the os hopefully it will allow me to use the graphics card after that.
