Thanks Wolf. Yes, the current drives are both IDE, and they'll both be upgraded before too long to SATA, so I'm not too worried about that. I will go with DDR2-800 instead of the 1066, thanks for that suggestion.

Thanks. I had the 8800 hooked up to the dedicated video card (6-pin) connector from the PSU. Maybe I'll try it again with the 4-pin to 6-pin adapter that came with the card. BTW, I did have video, so I think the card was seated OK.
