RAM debug led

I’ve bought a ram in 2x8gb kit. The computer is entirely new. I’ve set it up but screen didn’t showed up. On the motherboard the dram led was lit, and time to time the cpu flashed. Afterward, I took off one of the rams and this way the screen worked without any problem. The led wasn’t glowing...
