What about a Thunderbolt dock? Can I get a Thunderbolt PCI card for the PC and connect it to a single Thunderbolt dock (assuming I can find one that can support dual monitors)?

I can't change the PC other than adding additional cards, it is custom configured for the instrument and was provided by the manufacturer.
