On the Rampage V Extreme, it has 2 BIOS. Make sure the BIOS selected is 1 (there is a button on the motherboard to toggle between Bios 1 and 2) - it's explained in the manual. Then try flashing the bios using the USB BIOS flash. The directions I saw said it would only take 20 to 30 seconds...
