I bought a new PC. And I have MSI 960 GAMING 4G and when I play my core clock is 1329MHz, but in the specifications it says it is 1279 MHz / 1216 MHz. So is it normal that my gpu core clock is higher. And why is my memory clock speed 3505MHz when it says in the specifications that its 7010MHz.

I'm not overclocking my cpu nor gpu. But can the problem be that I have a stock cooler on my cpu.

I have a new graphics card, MSI 960 Gaming 4G and I play AC Unity on Ultra High settings and I see lines of white dots in 2 certain places and when i turn the graphs down to Medium, the white dots dissapear. So I want want to know whats causing it.

Should I buy EVGA 950 FTW 2gb or EVGA 960 SuperSC 2gb.I play games like CS GO and Far Cry 4 and I edit videos and make models in Maya.

These components should fit together, but i recommend getting a better motherboard.
