Your bios may be displaying the temperature after post. You used to have the ability to turn it off in the bios, but that feature was removed on all am5 boards I believe. Search for "x670e taichi Dr debug temp" and you should be able to find the file supplied by ASRock.

Your mother board may be showing the temperature by default. Search for "x670e taichi Dr debug temp". There's a program ASRock supplies to turn off Dr debug temp display. This used to be an option on previous mb bios, but was left off all AM5 boards for some reason.
