so i have a new GPU (7700 XT) and my PC Just works fine now. I upgraded the PSU to an MSI a850G. i was able to Test the Vega56 in an other very old system and there we're No issues at all. thats wierd.

y i tried all gpus and there ist still same Problem. i tried other pcie and just 1 RAM Stick but didnt helped. i think i will leave it like that. New am4 Board is not worth for me
