Bios was updated a few days before it happened, so I dont think thats it. I think my Graphics card was inserted into the G5 spot, which, after I did some digging, turns out to be a PCIe spot that allows you to change the x16 to x8 if something is plugged into another PCIe slot.. I have no idea...
