I think you should upgrade your PC if you can. My PC got the same problem with i5 8400, 16G Ram, GTX 1660Ti. And now, I upgrade my PC to i5 13600K, 32G Ram 3200, and GTX 3060Ti. It's helping me very much in my project and entertainment.
