Isnt it possible for static to jump through a gap in the casing or where the power cable plugs into it? The case of it isn't one continuous piece of plastic.

Ive never seen it start updating and restarting as soon as i wake it from sleep mode though nor have i seen it still have another update once it boots up again. It just seemed weird and makes me worried something went wrong
