Update the BIOS from Gigabyte's site - the most recent version allows you to manually increase RAM voltage. Note that I haven't tried this, but I would guess that this should be fine. It may result in a decreased lifespan for the mobo. Personally, I'm running 16gb of Crucial Ballistix...

I know it's anecdotal, but there seem to be far more people with problems that are running Windows 7 that I know than people running Vista SP1.

This will end badly, for everyone involved.

What will work: Ditching the GFWL UI and just submitting to the vastly superior Steam UI. What will not work: Pouring millions of dollars into developing a new UI that will remain vastly inferior to Steam.

For the record, a GTX 460 1GB EE (from evga) WILL fit in an Antec NSK1380. It will also run. However, you will need to remove a sidepanel to prevent it (the GPU) from overheating. That is all.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but the article has "GTX 460", not specifying the type of 460, or provider of the card, nor quantity. Picture shows an SLI setup. Will the winner be getting both cards (hopefully 1gb and not 768)?

MaulBCHuh ?Didn't the ATI CC or the Nvidia Control Panel already have the ability to add anti aliasing to ANY Direct3D application ? I always do that on old apps in nvidia control panel... I believe in both the Catalyst and nVidia Control Panel apps, you can force many things - among them VSync...

CleeveI would say it'd probably be two 460s... much better power and heat characteristics for the new GPU. I would... almost second that. If it's not two GTX 470's, it will be two refined GTX 470's (a GF100b or something). Failing that, it will be a fully fledged GTX 460 chip - with everything...

This almost makes me angy about my gtx 470 purchase. Almost. I don't mind the noise and heat, however, with a very silent case... But... now the 460 is looking like a nice upgrade on my "office" pc that is currently housing a 9800 GT. Curious to see if the slim 350W psu (Antek 1280 case)...
