Try using windows paging file. Solved my problem. Control panel --> System --> Advanced system settings --> Advanced tab --> Performance settings --> Advanced tab --> Virtual memory --> Change button --> Custom size Then set them to initial:400 and max to whatever windows recommended.

Try disabling windows disk "scheduled optimize" under disk options.
