thanks for the advices guys... Solved it by actually formatting the windows on the HDD, and also update both NVIDIA and Intel Integrated display driver well..I think it's a case closed...once again...thank you all for your helps :)

Oh, the OS I use is Windows 10 Pro 64 bits. Also, I haven't formated my old HDD yet, so, it still has installed Win 10 Pro there as well (Just in case it have some effect).
