    Windows Vista... NEVER!!! Plus are you trolling because I wouldn't tell anyone that I pirated my copy of Windows, etc? If you are not trolling then uninstall Windows Vista and go to Windows 7 or 8.

    Do you have an video card? If not then aero will not work. If you have a one, then go to device manager and install your video card driver. Also I would recommend to go to Control Panel -> System -> Windows Experience Index and let it rate your computer and then tell us the results.
